Businesses in the City of New Kensington must recycle! Pennsylvania’s Municipal Waste Planning Recycling and Waste Reduction Act (Act 101) and the City’s Solid Waste Code requires owners of commercial, municipal, and institutional properties to provide recycling services to tenants or occupants of their buildings.
